"Christmas Crew" sits above a row of festive characters, one for each member of the family, with your pets beside them and the family name underneath. The same design is printed on every jumper, from kids 1-2 to adult XL, so the whole crew matches.
THE DESIGN
"Christmas" and "Crew" in festive lettering sit above "Dec." and the year. Below, the characters stand side by side. Each family member is a little festive character holding a stack of wrapped presents or a small Christmas tree in front of their face, so you choose the figure, not the face. Your dogs and cats stand with them, and the family name is printed beneath, for example "THE SMITH FAMILY". The lettering colour suits the sweatshirt, as shown in the colour guide image.
PERSONALISATION
- The family name, printed as THE SMITH FAMILY
- The year, printed after Dec.
- A character for each person: Adult Male or Adult Female, or a girl or boy in one of three heights (H1, H2 or H3), shown on the character options image
- A skin tone for each character: Pale, Tan or Dark
- Your pets, chosen by code from DG1 to DG142 for dogs and CAT1 to CAT22 for cats, with angel wings 1 to 4 for a pet who has passed
- Every jumper in the family carries the same group, so enter the same details for each one. Please check the spelling before adding to basket
HOW TO ORDER
- Choose the size and colour for one person
- Enter the family name, the year, a character and skin tone for each person and the code for each pet, using the option images
- Add to basket, then repeat for each person with the same details. Each jumper is sold individually

PRINTING AND CARE
Printed to order in our UK studio for crisp detail and soft, lasting colour. Wash at 30 degrees inside out, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, iron inside out on a low heat and do not iron directly on the design.

- Mix sizes and colours across the family, or keep everyone in the same colour
- As each jumper is made to order, print placement may vary slightly

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does this include a jumper for the dog?
No. Your dog or cat is printed on the jumper as part of the family design. We do not make jumpers for pets.
Can I include a pet who has passed away?
Yes. Choose the pet's code and one of the four angel wing options, shown on the third pet options image.
Is there a bauble to match?
Yes. Our Christmas Crew family ornament uses the same characters, pets and surname.
