Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered two identical plaques, only one cane and it was wrong. I double checked details sent and they were correct, emailed and told of mistake, had no reply. A week later found another email address to respond to but still nothing back. One item missing one wrong. The actual plaque that arrived looks great but with a males name under a female. This was a gift for my best friend for the first anniversary of their mother's death.
