I ordered a plaque for my sister and when the item arrived the image was passport sized and was bordered with white, which wasn't showing in the description. The image was so small and looked out of place on the item. As this company doesn't offer a preview pane of your item, I queried this, hoping that they would correct the mistake. My intention was always to get a solution directly from the Company. They did not honour a reasonable response , offer a solution or explanation and after my first contact, ignored me. This led to me raising this with PayPal, again offering the option to resolve. Sadly I had to open a dispute and after 7 weeks got a refund from paypal. The item itself is a very thin plastic board with your image glued to it ( a small image) on a thin piece of wood. The engraving was correct and as I had stordered but there are far better personalisation companies out there that offer value for money, quality and professionalism. Customer Service and resolving issues is key in business and this company failed miserably.
