I never received my ornament
This was a christimas present I tried buying for my partner, and it just never delivered. The first time I raised this with your team, you said its out of your hands and was no help at all. Then by the 25th of Jan, it still wasn't here, so I tried to get in touch with customs (however we as clients are meant to do that) which was unsuccessful. I then raised this with you and finally got a refund from your end.
